Authenticity, creativity, and inspiration—this is my journey.
Currently a student at Wuxi Big Bridge Academy, I focus my academic research on Psychology and Neuroscience, with a special interest in adolescent mental health, environmental psychology and neurofeedback intervention. I have participated in numerous national and international academic competitions and won multiple honors. Beyond academics, I take an active part in campus club management, public welfare activities, internships and volunteer work. I always aim to translate professional knowledge into practical help, and explore diverse ways to support people’s mental well-being.

Help teenagers build inner strength and overcome anxiety and self-doubt with professional psychological guidance.

Stay true to myself and keep sincere in every project, communication and public welfare practice.

Turn academic theories into real solutions, and create long-term positive influence for the community.

Listen to the voices of young people, understand their troubles, and provide accessible and down-to-earth support.
I am a curious explorer, a practitioner of mental health care, and a public welfare volunteer. I serve as the President of the BBA Psychology Club and the Founder of Star-rise Charitable Foundation. Witnessing the mental stress faced by teenagers around me inspired me to keep moving forward. I integrate theoretical knowledge, practical experience and creative design to build inclusive and warm psychological support spaces for peers. I embrace challenges, keep an open mind, and insist on being sincere and down-to-earth in everything I do.
