Kick-Boxing Training

Kick-boxing is my favorite sport. It is not only physical exercise, but also a way to adjust my mind. During training, I learn to focus, release pressure and explore my physical and mental limits. It also helps me understand the close connection between body movement and brain state.

Traditional Chinese Arts

I am fond of traditional Chinese culture. I practice calligraphy and traditional Chinese painting in my spare time, and I am also skilled in Pipa performance and traditional Chinese dance. These artistic hobbies calm my mind and bring me endless creative inspiration.

Museum Visiting & Reading

I love visiting various museums to appreciate history, art and cultural relics. I am always visiting local museums when I travel to a new city or country. Reading is also an indispensable part of my daily life. I read books related to psychology, neuroscience, literature and sociology to enrich my knowledge and broaden my horizons.

Writing & Creation

I keep the habit of writing for a long time. I create poems, novels, essays and activity call-backs in my daily life. Writing helps me sort out my thoughts, record growth insights and express my views on life and social phenomena.

Pet & Daily Companionship

I have a loving dog named Snowball. Spending time with lovely pets is a great way to relax. The warm companionship of small animals relieves my tiredness from study and work. I also apply the concept of pet healing into my psychological space design, letting small creatures bring comfort to more people.

Natural Healing Lifestyle

I am deeply influenced by environmental psychology. I like staying in natural environments such as countryside and gardens. I arrange green plants, white noise machines and aromatherapy in my living space to create a relaxing atmosphere and experience the healing power of nature.
